1. Hygiene & Intimate Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used period underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is consistent with industry standards for intimate apparel.
2. Eligible Returns
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@flunae.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Request a Return
Email contact@flunae.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Products with opened packaging due to hygiene reasons
7. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before placing an order. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products based on sizing issues.
