 We currently ship across the United States, including all 50 states.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.

5. International Fullfilment

Some orders may be shipped from international fulfillment centers. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees required by local authorities.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@flunae.com and we will do our best to assist you. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Flunae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Flunae is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
